The SRT Lamp Package includes all the following services at the single package price.
All transportation costs via FedEx Ground service to the generator and return transportation to SRT. Pre-printed, approved Universal Waste shipping containers for lamps. Tracking of each package. Recycling of lamps at authorized Destination Facility. Certification of Recycling ending Generators Liability for each package. Generators list as additional insured on SRT’s pollution liability insurance (5,000,000.00). Simple package instructions and necessary material for shipping. |
